We have developed new website which will contain more than 1000 venue profiles from the APAC Region. Essentially there are two parts to the system:

1. Venue Search Users – persons using the system to search for suitable conference venues.
2. Venue Administrators – persons who are authorised by each venue (such as hotels, convention centres, conference centres, service providers) to upload and maintain the venue profiles.

Venue Search Users and Venues agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when using our website.

1. The search function on our website is free.
2. To initiate a quotation, you will be required to provide us with accurate information about yourself and your contact information. The information we collect from you is used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be obtained by clicking here.
3. The results of your search are dependent upon the search criteria entered by the user and the criteria relevant to each venue (as nominated by the venue administrators).
4. Venue Search Users can request to receive:
   • Quik Quote - an indicative cost only provided by the venue and is subject to a Full Quotation and availability.
   • Full Quotation – is based on the brief provided by the search user and any subsequent discussion with them and/or the venue, subject to availability. The venue will be supplied with the names of venues are quoting and the outcome on that basis.
5. When you establish an account with us, any quote (s) received by you may be stored for future access by the search user.
6. We are not responsible for and do not control the accuracy of any information contained in any quotation. We make no representations in relation to the information contained in any quote provided to you by a venue.
7. The “News” items on our website will be authored by us.
8. The advertisements and specials will be supplied and maintained by the venue but uploaded by us. We are not responsible for and make no representation in relation to any advertisement or special advertised by a venue.
9. We may add/modify/delete part of any profile by providing notification by email to the venue administrator or search user.

General

1. We may make improvements or changes to our website, the content on our Website, the layout of our website or to any advertisements that appear on our website at any time without notice.
2. We give no warranty and make no representation as to:
   (a) The truth of any content on our website which is published by someone other than us;
   or
   (b) The compatibility of our website with your equipment, software or telecommunications connection.
